Methods of Payment
Your security is important to us. Until we are satisfied with the security of on-line credit card processing we offer the following alternatives.
WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER to any agent in Fremantle or Perth, Western Australia 6160. (You are welcome to deduct the money transfer fee from your payment). Postal Order, Bank Cheque, Bank Electronic Transfer, Personal Cheque drawn on an Australian Bank.(allow up to 28 days for international clearance) There is no requirement to enter your Credit Card information via this website. If you wish to purchase artwork a Confirmation of Order will be emailed to you with full details.
Payment can also be made through Presentation Graphics and Art agent in Vienna, Austria. Please E-mail for more details.
Packing and Shipping is handled by a professional service from Fremantle Western Australia. Shipping costs are in addition to prices quoted for works of art.
A detailed invoice will be emailed prior to shipment indicating artwork cost, shipping cost, framing if applicable and other special arrangements if any. Payment is due when the work is ready for shipment. Special delivery arrangements may be made on request. You are responsible for the delivery information you provide at order time. Presentation Graphics and Art will not be liable for delivery failures due to wrong information.
You must examine the works when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Presentation Graphics and Art within seven (7) days from the date of delivery so investigative action can be taken without delay. For lack of this notification, you renounce any action against Presentation Graphics and Art and/or the delivery carrier. It is a condition of the shipping contract and is essential that we have your cooperation so that we can reach a satisfactory outcome.
Presentation Graphics and Art reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of sale, in whole or in part, at any time.
Security Policy We value your security and any information you provide to us. All information remains solely for the use of Presentation Graphics and Art and will not be distributed to any other party whatsoever.
